I've picked up quite a few things from Max electrical, and the service has always been top-notch. Just a heads up, make sure to check who handles the warranty when you grab a product. I got a Hisense fridge freezer about 15 weeks back, and I was really happy with it. The delivery and service were excellent. Fast forward to now, and the fridge has stopped working. When I reached out to the warranty folks at Pacifica, they told me there's a week-long wait just to get someone to look at it, and there's no promise it’ll be fixed then. My husband needs his meds kept cool, so we’re counting on our neighbors to help us out with freezing some cool packs.

The washing machine was swapped out on the day it was supposed to be, they took the packaging with them, hooked it up, gave a rundown on how it works, and removed the old one. Honestly, it’s everything you could hope for.

While I was on the hunt for a new dishwasher, I stumbled upon Max Electrical in Lutterworth. I hadn’t heard of them before, so I checked out a bunch of reviews. Based on what I found, I decided to go ahead and place an order. I asked for the earliest delivery, which their online schedule showed as the next morning. Right after I ordered, I got a friendly call from Max Electrical letting me know they might not have the item ready for the morning but could do the afternoon instead. That worked for me! They showed up the very next afternoon as promised and even carried the machine inside for me. Fantastic customer experience. I ordered a Neff cooker at 6 PM, and it showed up before 10 AM the following day. We've shopped with them before, and one time, they even got an order to us in just an hour. I’ll definitely keep coming back for my electrical needs.

Why bother with an online store if you’re just gonna deliver in the local area? It’s a total waste of my time to add stuff to my cart and fill out all my info!

We found a great deal on a Bosch tumble dryer that we ordered on Saturday. It showed up at 9:15 am on Monday, and they gave us a time window between 9 and 10 am. The driver called us 15 minutes ahead of time, just like they said he would. He wore a face mask and kept to social distancing rules, plus he even placed it in our garage for us. This was a way better experience than what we've had with those big national retailers, and we were happy to support local business. We'll definitely be back for more!

After setting up an account on their site and choosing a password, it sends that password back to you in plain text. This poses a serious security threat, and I suggest avoiding account creation if you're looking to buy from them.

Additionally, the item I ordered was already discontinued and the website hadn’t reflected that. Now, I’m stuck waiting several days for my refund since the payment was processed.
